With Time to Pet software, you will be able to request services, see and pay invoices, and update your pets and personal information. I will also be able to send you daily reports/journals of how my visit with your pets went with pictures and videos included.  You will be able to download Time to Pet on your mobile device from the google or apple store after you have created your profile. The link to set up your profile is below. 

Once you have signed up and completed your profile, I will contact you with our available times for a meet and greet! 

Please make sure you download the Time to Pet app after signing up so you do not miss any important updates. 

Client who intend to use boarding and Doggie Daycare services, we require all new client's go through a meet and greet process (grooming clients only are waived from this meeting). Client's who intend to groom first, but would like to utilize other services, I will be able to spend some time during the grooming process to get to know your pup and see how they behave around other pups. 

The Meet and Greet Process:

Our meet and greets are a two hour window. The first 20-30 minutes I will show you and your pup around the home and answer any questions you may have. Then you will leave your pup for the remainder of the 2 hour window, where they will get acquainted with their surroundings and I will slowly introduce them to some of our other pups to test their temperament. As long as your pup passes with no signs of aggression toward other pups, you will then be able to schedule any services you would like through our portal. 

Please note, Clients are granted 1 free meet and greet- unless you are adding a new pup to your family. Each new pup added to your family will need to go through a meet and greet process. If your pups have previously been to my home and you would like to get them reacquainted with me and their surroundings, you will be asked to schedule doggie daycare at this time.
