With Time to Pet software, you will be able to request services, see and pay invoices, and update your pets and personal information. I will also be able to send you daily reports/journals of how my visit with your pets went with pictures and videos included. You will be able to download Time to Pet on your mobile device from the google or apple store after you have created your profile. The link to set up your profile is below.
Once you have signed up and completed your profile, your may request a date and time for your Meet & Greet and we will reach out to you to confirm your appointment.
How to Request a Meet and Greet:
Once in your Time to Pet portal:
Click on Scheduling
Click on the blue "Request New Service" button in the top right hand corner
Click on Single Date and then select a day that works best for you.
Click Continue
Select the Service New Client- Meet and Greet
It will then display the available times for that day.
Select your time and then click add & continue!
We will then review your request and approve it and/or notify you of a change.
Please make sure you download the Time to Pet app after signing up so you do not miss any important updates.
We require all new client's go through a meet and greet process regardless if you are boarding, doing drop-in visits or walks. If you are boarding your pets, your meet and greet with take place in my home so you can see where your pups will stay and also meet my pup.
If you are doing a drop in visit, I will meet you at your home for the meet and greet. Please be prepared to go over your pets routine and tell us of any medications or extra care you pet my require. Please also be prepared to share an extra key.
